QUESTIONS ABOUT THEMED STICKERS & BULK ORDERS

Do you need help to create your themed custom stickers? If you are ordering more than 5 sheets, we are happy to help you create one, please message us directly by our Facebook page below.

ORDERS THAT REQUIRES PROOF

If you have opted for your sticker orders to be emailed a proof before printing, Watch out for an email from us within 2 days of placing your order (please don't forget to check your spam folder) If you have not confirmed your proof after 3 days of us emailing you, your order will be cancelled.

LOCAL PICK UP

We are homebased in Melton, Victoria. If you are local or close by and wanting to collect your order to save on shipping fee, please click the link below to get in contact with us to receive your Local pick up discount code then set up a suitable date and time for your order collection.

SHIPPING

We use Australia Post Standard and Express post for shipping in Australia wide, tracking provided. 

Postage cost depends on item size and weight of your order and will automatically be applied on checkout.

Price starts from $7.50AUD and FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $120.

Shipping times:

Standard usually gets to you in around 3-10 business days and Express post around 2-3 business days, Please refer to Australia post website for more shipping information or any delays in shipping times. Once we have posted your orders it will be under Australia post care and won't be under our control and liability.

RETURNS & REFUND

Due to customisation of the items we sell/offer, we do not accept returns or refunds on your custom orders. In an unlikely event that you have received a damaged or defective item please send an email to sales@craftinspired.com.au.
with your concerns and a photo showing the damaged or defect of the item and we will help come up with a resolution.

We also do not accept refunds on jewellery such as our earrings due to health and safety concerns.

NON CUSTOMISED items can be refunded within 15 days of receiving your item, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@craftinspired.com.au.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
