Shipping policy

Shipping service:

We use Australia Post Standard and Express post for shipping in Australia wide, tracking provided. 

Postage cost depends on item size and weight of your order and will automatically be applied on checkout.

Shipping times:

Standard usually gets to you in around 3-10 business days and Express post around 2-3 business days.                                                                                   

Please refer to Australia post website for more shipping information or any delays in shipping times. Once we have posted your orders it will be under Australia post care and won't be under our control.

Handling times:

We do our best to get the orders dispatched in 2-5 business days. Please expect handling times to be a little longer on gifting seasons such as, Christmas, End of the year, Valentines, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day etc.

Returns and Refunds:

Due to customisation of the items we sell/offer, we do not accept returns or refunds. In an unlikely event that you have received a damaged or defective item please send an email to sales@craftinspired.com.au with your concerns and a photo showing the damaged or defect of the item and we will help come up with a resolution.
